Robert Priday

Robert Priday joins Kompania Piwowarska and the SABMiller Europe team from Peru, where he has held the position of Managing Director since 2006. He started his international career with SABMiller in Poland in 1997 when he was responsible for the integration of the Tyskie company into SABMiller, with specific focus on commercial and supply chain. Robert Priday left Poland in 1999 when he was appointed as Managing Director of Slovakia, and then moved to Honduras where he was Managing Director of that operation for 4 years, before joining our business in Peru. He has also been responsible for our newly acquired business in Argentina and a start-up export based business in Bolivia.
Robert Priday has 29 years’ service in SABMiller in South Africa, Europe and Latin America, in financial, commercial and general management roles. He has an outstanding record as Managing Director, having successfully built both Honduras and Peru into leading brand businesses with an enviable reputation for competitiveness and effective market execution resulting in superior profitability and market leadership.
Robert Priday is married and has two sons. He loves golf and is an avid sports fan.

Marzena Piórko
Vice-president: Sales and Distribution
Working for Kompania Piwowarska since 1997.
Before she got to Tyskie Browary Książęce in 1997, she had worked in the Research Agency PENTOR and in a company Leco Instrumente where she was in charge of the sales , In Kompania Piwowarska she served different functions, starting from central menagement of Trade Marketing through the president of the Regional Centre and the President of the Operating System. In the meantime, Marzena has also gained experience in a company Agros Nova where she was responsible for the sales.
Marzena is a graduate of Śląska Międzynarodowa Szkoła Handlowa.

Jan Faryaszewski
Vice-president: Finance
Working for Kompania Piwowarska since September 2010
Before he got to Kompania Piwowarska, Jan had held the position of VP: Risk Management for the Head Office of Danone in Paris.
Over the course of his career Jan had served with the US Navy, and had also worked as CFO in Poland for Coca-Cola and Danone. Since 2003 he had worked in Senior Finance roles at regional level in Europe and at Corporate, including as Head of Investor Relations for Danone.
Jan is a US citizen of Polish origin. He studied in France and the USA. He holds a degree from Tufts University in Boston and has an MBA from Thunderbird School of International Management in Phoenix, USA.

Jacek Kopiejewski
Vice-president: Production and Technical
Working at the plants of Kompania Piwowarska since 1984.
Before he joined the brewery in Poznań, he worked at the Poznań Factory of Harvesting Machinery from 1981 to 1984: first as constructor of agricultural machines and thereafter as Quality Control Director. He held a number of positions at the Poznań brewery, from deputy technical manager, to project manager and investment director. As member of the Management Board of Lech Browary Wielkopolski, he was responsible for production and technical development. He has been in charge of the same functions as vice-president at Kompania Piwowarska since 1999.

Wojciech Moliński
Vice-president: Human Resources
Working for Kompania Piwowarska since 2008
In 2005-2008 he was member of management board in charge of human resources at Volkswagen Poznań. Before that, he worked for Philips Lighting Poland and Wavin Metalplast-Buk. He has over 10 years of experience in managing Human Resources departments. He is a graduate of the Lublin Catholic University, majoring in psychology.
At KP he manages the Human Resources department; very consistently he has pursued the idea of KP as the most desirable and prestigious employer.

Piotr Jurjewicz
Vice-president: Marketing
Working for Kompania Piwowarska since February 1st 2012
Piotr Jurjewicz has come to Poland from Columbia where he was vice-president: marketing for SABMiller Bavaria. For many years, he has been successful in various subsidiaries of SABMiller around the world. He was vice-president: marketing in Peru (2006-2009) and Romania (2004-2006); he was also a regional marketing manager at SABMiller Europe headquartered in Budapest (2002-2004). He had worked for Kompania Piwowarska by 2002.
Piotr was part of the process of establishing Kompania Piwowarska. He had worked for Lech Browary Wielkopolski (now Kompania Piwowarska) since 1996, first as a brand manager and later on as the public affairs manager and director in charge of marketing innovations. In 1998, he was marketing director at Browary Tyskie Górny Śląsk (now KP); a year later he became a brand manager and brand director for the newly established Kompania Piwowarska.
